     The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency of the U.S Department of Health and Human Services, is the primary Federal agency for improving access to health care services for people who are uninsured, isolated or medically vulnerable. Stroke survivors and caregivers can find lists of health care centers that provide health and dental to people of all ages, whether or not they have health insurance or the money to pay for health care. Also available is a list of Hill-Burton free and reduced cost care at hospitals, nursing homes and other facilities required to provide a specific amount of free or below cost health care to people unable to pay. Eligibility is based on the size of your family and your income. Apply for Hill-Burton care at the facility where you were or will be treated.
